PONOMA, NJ – The Wilkes University women’s soccer team was outshot 15-2 and allowed four second half goals in a 5-0 loss to Rowan in Ponoma, N.J. on Sunday, making them 1-2 on the season.

SCRANTON – Lindsey Davenport (Dallas, Dallas) saved 13 shots but the Lady Colonels couldn’t overcome a late goal as Wilkes University fell to the University of Scranton 1-0 in non-conference field hockey action on Saturday afternoon.

POMONA, NJ – The Wilkes University women’s soccer team headed to Pomona, N.J. on Saturday to participate in a tournament at Stockton College. In their first match of the weekend, Wilkes allowed two early second half goals to ultimately fall to the Ospreys, 2-1.

BETHLEHEM – Allie Kelleher (Sayre, Athens Area) had 17 digs and Marissa Harrison (Shavertown, Lake-Lehman) posted 16 kills and added 17 digs in the Lady Colonels 3-1 win over Alvernia as Wilkes University’s volleyball team split Friday night’s matches at the Moravian Tournament in Bethlehem, Pa.

WILKES-BARRE – The Wilkes University women’s soccer team hosted Marywood on Wednesday, playing its first game at the newly renovated Ralston Athletic Complex. All the Lady Colonels needed in their first game of the season was one score, as Wilkes shutout the Pacers by a score of 1-0.
