The Wilkes University golf team shot a second-round 349 and finished with a two day total of 678 to place fourth at the Freedom Conference Championship. Robert Hillibush and Sean Madden both shot 168 for the tournament to finish tied for 14th overall.

HERSHEY, Pa. - Sean Madden shot a first-round 78 to finish in a tie for seventh place and to lead the Colonels to a third-place finish after the first day of the Freedom Conference Championship. Wilkes shot a team-total of 329, just six strokes behind King's, who currently sits in second place.
