Mike Turano shot a 78, which was good enough for second place overall to pace the Wilkes University golf team to a second place finish in a match with Misericordia and King's College.

The Colonels shot a team total of 341 at the Wyoming Valley Country Club, 12 strokes behind winner Misericordia and 11 ahead of King's College.

Robert Hillibush (Mahanoy City/Mahanoy Area) finished fifth overall with an 84, while Sean Madden (Dunmore, Pa./) shot an 88. Misericordia's Bryan Mazolino was the individual winner with a 77, while Bucky Aeppli of the same team tied Turano with a 78.
