BASEBALL GAME AT NEUMANN POSTPONED....AGAIN

The Wilkes University baseball team was scheduled to play Neumann on Sunday at noon after it was pushed back because of rain. The game has now been postponed and will be played at a date yet to be determined.

The Wilkes University wrestling team posted a cumulative grade-point average of 3.261, ranking them 15th nationally, proving they are not only successful on the mat, but define the true meaning of student-athlete.

The men’s and women’s cross country teams were named to the All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association recently, as over 100 colleges and universities received the award across the nation.

His teammate Frank Heffernan, however, came up short in his quest to be an All-American for the second- straight year.
